There are two cases happened. You use own payment card to purchase air tickets online but you forgot it at home. Second, you buy the tickets by your family member’s payment card, your friend’s or you depend on somebody for help you purchase by his/her payment card.

Some airway companies have strict rules about using payment card for tickets purchased online in order to avoiding passenger’s information be stolen, so don’t be angry. To not get that problem, you must have remember some advices:

• Should purchase the ticket by your own payment card and don’t forget to bring it with you when check-in. If you fly with your friends or your family in the same flight, you must submit your Payment card, Passport, e-Tickets for verification.
• If you depend on somebody for help you purchase e-Ticket by his/her payment card, let tell them to go to the airway company branch offices or the airport check- in to verify payment card. In general, the staffs won’t ask the holder card to submit Identify card/ Passport and Banking card to verify.
• In case you don’t purchase by yourself, in order to save time, you can tell your friend go to the branch offices to buy, so that you won’t be asked submit card.
• If you purchase e-Ticket from an airway has no branch office in Vietnam, you can contact them to ask how to verify the card you used to buy e-Ticket with another name.
